Communication is very good at all levels of the organisation. There is regular dialogue at management, assessment and administration levels, and the Aspire Quality team, know they can ‘just pick up the phone’ to discuss a learner or process issue. The Independent End Point Assessors are excellent, and we sometimes get feedback from our learners about their friendliness and ability to put learners at ease. We are delighted with the quality and service that Summit Qualifications UK provide and recommend them to our Employers as our preferred EPAO.

Summit Qualifications UK go above and beyond to understand more about the companies they work with and pride themselves on supporting both the training provider, employer and apprentice. The team at Summit Qualifications are very knowledgeable and if we had any questions they answered them quickly in a professional manner, if they were unsure of anything they would get back to us the same day.
